Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the IT support services provided by Dynamic Techies. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use our services.

Service Agreement

1.1 Scope of Services: Dynamic Techies agrees to provide IT support services to the client as agreed upon in the service agreement or statement of work.

1.2 Service Level Agreement: We strive to provide efficient and reliable IT support services. However, response times, resolution times, and availability may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to meet any service level agreements specified in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the provision of IT support services. This includes but is not limited to contact details, system information, and any other relevant information.

2.2 Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with Dynamic Techies and provide necessary access, information, and resources to facilitate the provision of IT support services.

2.3 Compliance: The client shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the use of the IT support services.

Payment Terms

3.1 Fees and Invoicing: The client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided by Dynamic Techies. Invoices are payable within the specified time period, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2 Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest as specified in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the IT support services.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

4.1 Confidentiality: Dynamic Techies agrees to treat all client information provided during the course of the IT support services as confidential. We will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the provision of the services, unless required by law or with the client’s consent.

4.2 Data Protection: Dynamic Techies will take appropriate measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, the client acknowledges that no security measures are 100% foolproof, and Dynamic Techies  shall not be held liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access to client data.

Limitation of Liability

5.1 Exclusions: Dynamic Techies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of IT support services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business operations.

5.2 Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Dynamic Techies harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of the IT support services, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.


6.1 Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate the IT support services by providing written notice to the other party. Any outstanding fees or obligations shall be settled prior to termination.

6.2 Termination for Breach: Company may terminate the IT support services immediately if the client breaches any of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the client shall remain liable for any outstanding fees or damages caused by the breach.
